· Education: Bachelor and/or Master
· Experience: Minimum 5 years
· Required or preferred industrial sector: Fish Farming
· Knowledge of fishing farming processes, stress tolerant, management skills, teamwork and decision making skills
· Required technical knowledge and skills: MS office
· Trainings/certificates
· Languages: Azerbaijani, Russian and English (preferable)

· Defines and manages the technological processes and terms of fish farming and ensures production in according with the approved schedule;
· Manages the full production cycle as well as controls the daily production activities;
· Manages the preparation of breeding fish for the spawning process;
· Controls the injection of pathogenic fish;
· Controls the process of fertilization and incubation of the obtained eggs;
· Controls the feeding and transfer of larvaes to ponds and controls feeding of fish in ponds in accordance with the norms;
· Organizes the fish reaching “required sale weight” is sorted and dispatched for sale;
· Performs other tasks assigned by the Management.
