KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures and systems for engineering and project documentation.
· Manage the lifecycle of technical documents, drawings, contracts, and correspondence in accordance with international standards (e.g., ISO, PMI, AACE).
-Oversee document numbering, version control, metadata tagging, and secure archiving across platforms (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS).
· Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and legal teams to ensure timely document exchange and approvals.
· Ensure compliance with project-specific document retention policies and regulatory requirements.
·Train and mentor junior document control staff and interface with external consultants and contractors.
· Prepare document control reports, audit trails, and dashboards for project leadership and external stakeholders.
· Support due diligence, handover, and close-out phases by ensuring complete and validated documentation packages.
· Carry out the document control function.
· Maintain different language documents.
· Actively work within the broader project team structure, collaborating with Project Management, Process, E/I, and Construction leads to achieve project objectives.
