Job Summary The international consumer goods company is looking for an experienced SFP Brand and Portfolio Executive who plays a role of an key contributor of Aligned Brand roll-out, market portfolio initiatives and activities that enhance brand equity, awareness, consideration, and intent to buy SFP products. This role contributes to omnichannel brand strategy development and execution, driving initiatives that strengthen the brand, optimize the portfolio, and guide consumers from awareness to loyalty. Roles & Responsibilities 1.Strategic Brand Management Strengthen brand equity, awareness, consideration, and purchase intent by adapting global brand guidelines to the local market. Contribute to omnichannel toolboxes, messaging, and content aligned with global strategies. Foster creativity and consumer-centricity across the Commercial organization to build emotional connection with consumers. 2.360 Brand Building (Multicategory) Deploy marketing assets and communications across retail, events, digital, social media, and CRM to ensure a consistent brand experience. Maintain the communication calendar and integrate CRM data for targeted messaging and coordinated activation. Support the commercial deployment plan and ensure alignment with Digital, Acquisition, and Retention teams. Lead market-specific content creation and channel collaboration. Contribute to KPI setting, brand performance studies, and campaign measurement. 3.Market Portfolio Strategy Execute the market portfolio strategy and identify opportunities for local campaigns aligned with global identity and market trends. 4.Operational Execution & Performance Tracking Deliver brand campaigns, seasonal activations, and engagement initiatives across all channels. Oversee production and procurement of communication materials and rewards. Ensure excellence in execution across the Market Marketing Team. Use CRM tools for targeted communications and analyze brand and engagement metrics to optimize performance. 5.Events & Consumer Engagement Manage local event toolboxes and organize brand-aligned events to maximize consumer reach. 6.Social Media & Content Coordination Oversee the social media communication calendar and provide content to the Digital team for publishing. 7.Team Leadership Lead the Market Marketing Team, overseeing daily operations, project timelines, resource coordination, and performance management. Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams and partners. 8. External Partnerships Build strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, collaborators, and KOLs. 9. Sustainability Integration Embed sustainability into brand and product initiatives in line with global and local priorities. 10. Budget Management Optimize budgets, ensure cost efficiencies, and track ROI of marketing activities.
