We are pleased to announce an open position for a Commercial Admin Executive with one of our esteemed clients, an international consumer goods company. The role of Commercial Admin Executive involves acting as a liaison between P&C and employees, ensuring smooth communication, prompt resolution of requests and questions, and maintaining a productive working environment for the local team. Key Responsibilities: Manage HR employment issues, including hiring, termination processes, labor law compliance, contract renewals, dismissals, expatriate arrangements, and retirement processes. Maintain accurate payroll-specific records, including changes in wage/salary rates, insurance details, mandatory deductions, and records of new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence. Verify and coordinate payroll data. Update P&C related guidelines in compliance with local legislation. Manage P&C-specific communications, including employment terms and conditions, company codes of conduct, etc. Develop and drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Creating purchase requests in the system Creating new vendors in the system Responsible for registration and track of company agreements Control of incoming invoices (check if invoice package is full for payment and creating of payment orders in e-banking) Control and reconcile of expense reports as per policy and local legislation Monitor fuel stocks in the system Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and other reports Ensure availability of minimum stock for office supplies and stationery, provide proper supplies and stocks for the cafeteria. Purchase of air tickets, booking of hotels and accommodation, assistance in visa processing Assistance in organizing various events (team building, townhall meeting etc.).

Higher education (major in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Law is preferable). Overall experience: 2-3 years in the HR field. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Strong customer focus and planning skills. Ability to manage in an environment of uncertainty, ambiguity, and complexity with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication, project, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into actionable steps. Fluency in Azeri, English, and Russian.
