Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate / GED
- Persons with Wind Energy Certifications (preferred), Military Experience, Electrical and Electromechanical experience
- Proven knowledge of most relevant technical principles of main mechanical and electrical components
- Experience 0 to 2 years in Wind Energy, or Electrical, Mechanical and Technical Equipment
- Valid driving license (NON CDL / CDL)
- Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug/alcohol screening.
- Must be able to climb a top freestanding wind turbine towers that exceed - 100 m in height and work inside/outside of Nacelles (Machinery houses).

- Ability to read, interpret and strictly follow documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures and manuals;
- Basics of mechanical and electrical theory, as well as knowledge how to use most common measuring and diagnostics devices;
- Ability to read and fully understand technical procedures in English language;
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English;
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings and single line diagrams;
- Ability to solve complex problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
