Description: Operation and Maintenance
- Follow instructions from the Site/Operations Manager.
- Record plant operations, breakdowns, and communicate issues to managers.
- Analyze daily reports and create work notifications in SAP.
- Maintain records of plant operations and maintenance activities.
- Monitor plant status, energy production, and SCADA communications.
- Coordinate with Grid Operator and ensure efficient communication.
- Conduct production forecasting and strive to maximize plant generation, PR, and availability.
- Assist with reports and training, and operate MV equipment after certification.
- Troubleshoot SCADA-related devices and ensure plant performance.
- Support colleagues and maintain communication with EETC and Project company.
- Handle emergency calls per procedures and follow cybersecurity protocols.
- Manage change processes and adhere to company procedures.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues and improve generation.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Electrical OR Automation Technicians
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with Focus on renewable energy.
- 1 – 3 years in the field of O&M in the related field.
Skills:
- Awareness Occupational Health & Safety.
- Computerized Maintenance Management System experience
- Operation High Voltage Equipment
- Operation and Maintenance of Wind Plants
- Writing and speaking English skills.
