Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience focused on substations.
- Completed at least one project of similar size and complexity.
Skills:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering; MSc preferred.
- Experience in large-scale power plant construction, including substations and overhead lines.
- Knowledge of switchgear, transformers, and IEC standards.
- Familiarity with LV, MV, and HV systems, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Understanding of grid and distribution codes.
- Ability to manage contractors, produce technical scopes, and review engineering reports.
- Experience in project engineering for electrical systems in power plants; wind turbine knowledge is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with substation configurations up to 220kV.
- Excellent report writing and organizational skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and communication abilities.
- Experience with overhead line or HV cabling schemes.
- Willingness to travel, with valid driving license and passport.
- - Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
