Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:

· Identification of the customers and their needs in designated area (from Black Sea to Central Asia countries), involvement in marketing planning
· Effective communication on potential orders to purchasing department
· Affiliation with customers and maintaining CRM database
· Information acquisition from key market players (market demand, key developments)
· Managing commercial offers – mailing / messaging / getting aftersales feedback
· Goods stocks sales in accordance with given plans / seasonality / opportunities
· Customer loyalty achievement based on careful fulfillment of demands
· Clients database maintenance (by designated area) / sales information management
· Sales reporting (includes statistics and dynamics of sales on monthly basis)

Job Description
Requirements:

Skills and attributes:

· 5 + years of sales experience
· English /Russian - verbal / writing – fluent
· Microsoft office – experienced user
· Internet – experienced user
· INCOTERMS 2000 / 2010 / 2020
· Expand Customer base and identify key projects

Work specific competences:

· Markets operation principles and customer psychology
· Negotiation skills

Able to:

· Find common language with different psychological background customers
· Communicate comprehensive information about the product in a clear and efficient manner
· React on the market changes on time and identify moments of uncertainty, overall market rise, as well as reacting was to the recession by moving to less vulnerable markets.
· Carry on negotiations with customers concerning price / quality / delivery terms
· React properly on customer’s claims
· Protect company interests at all times

Working conditions:

· Working schedule: Monday to Friday; 08:00-17:00;
