To participate in bid evaluations, negotiations and supplier selection;
To prepare contract documentation (for local and international suppliers), Amendments and Variations in accordance with processes;
To manage contract administration in systems (SAP);
To liaise with business stakeholders throughout the sourcing and supplier management process; Manages inputs to other systems, such as the Contracts Information Database, ensuring data is up to date at all times;
To ensure service delivery levels and requirements are understood by stakeholders and suppliers; Identifies service delivery issues and resolves or escalates them with suppliers;
To assist with resolution of invoicing issues;
Higher education in law and legal fields;.
A minimum 3-5 years as a legal counsel in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer.
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to work in a team;
Ability to work under pressure and in flexible working hours;
Adaptation to change;
Language skills: Azeri (fluent); English (fluent);Russian (fluent);
Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook), SAP.
