Job Description
  • Coordinating brand strategy
  • Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities in specified region
  • Responsible for building and managing new relationships as well as cultivating new business
  • Prepare detailed proposals, marketing budget and marketing plans for project initiatives 
  • Represent company in mass media, campaigns and events
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Participate in tenders and presentations
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Company’s marketing strategy
  • Accountable for market analysis, brand support and positioning
  • Implements advertising and news campaigns, promoaction by contacting media, publicity, point-of-purchase, and audio-visual properties; monitoring and evaluating results; disseminating news releases
  • Responsible for print advertisements and press releases
  • Creating data sheets and other product-specific content
  • Analyzing competitor’s products
  • Gather information on new products, delivery schedules, service agreements, and merchandising techniques
  • Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and marketing data.
  • Updates internal and external communications portals.
  • At least 3 + years’ experience in relate field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields. 
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Detail-oriented and highly-organized person
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret sales performance and market trend information;
  • Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
  • Ability to function confidently independently in a team environment.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and to work under pressure, organize and multi task
  • Pro-active, tenacious, working attitude with a strong work ethic. 
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to lead team
