Job Description
  • Daily monitoring of key micro-market metrics
  • Daily monitoring of metrics in the context of user id, identification of anomalies by TOPs, search / formation of the best cases for teaching clients to successfully do business
  • Account management with the aim of custdev top X clients
  • Initiation, coordination and implementation of promotional initiatives aimed at the growth of MR (newsletters, cashback, discounts, etc.)
  • Control of the adequacy of pricing for products in relation to the GMV of the market, initiating, agreeing on changes in prices for products
  • Setting tasks in CRM system for CSM(customer success managers) / support to contact clients with specific tasks
  • Development of the catalog (elaboration of requests, data, prompts according to the approved flow)
  • Analysis of key competitors
  • Communicating insights to the market / product team
Requirements

Expected Previous Experience / Area

  • Trade marketing manager (with analytical skills)
  • Analyst (with a focus on business development)
  • Business development manager
  • Category Manager in FMCG / e-commerce

Personal skills / competencies

  • Diligence be able to perform a variety of repetitive processes and standards
  • Analytical skills - the ability to correctly read data from a dashboards, to carry out simple manipulations with data
  • Flexibility - the ability to work effectively in a changing environment
