Managing Central Purchasing Department in order to maintain and keeping balance stock, orders, and returns in a line with Bravo policies, procedures and values.
Leading Fresh Area Warehouse team by monitoring, tracking all incoming orders to Distribution Centre and taking ownership of all supply fresh goods for all company stores by maintaining and keeping balance stock accurate for organization.
Promote and develop tight integration between planning, logistics and other operations areas and optimize performance in schedule attainment, adherence and on time delivery
Responsible for the Ambient area in terms of supply to the Bravo stores in given timeframe/deadlines using “right first time” approaches to eliminate waste and failure
Monitor and coordinate input of all goods into the Bravo centralized Gold system by maintaining correct inventory levels and keep correct stock and balance accurate.
Lead the creation, implementation and ongoing management and effectiveness of back up mechanisms in stock system and address respective department
Ongoing management of fors-major technical issues by addressing to the ERP/IT departments ensure capacity and capability plans for staffing levels, IT Solutions are timely, cost effective, and operationally effective and support customer requirements
Collaboration with suppliers and ensure that all goods are sized, designed and staffed properly in a line with future requirements for volume, handling, storage excluding pricing process and make sure that appropriate process controls and documentation are in place with suppliers.
Provides technical leadership, guide DC Warehouse Manager, and ensure correct stock balance.
Guide the sustainable change, performance improvement and career development of the Central Purchasing, Ambiance, Dispatch Control, Fresh Area Warehouse, Gold Operators and Stock Control teams.
Acting as a Budget Holder and regulating approvals of all financial requests.
Achieve all agreed targets for People (safety, absence, engagement), Customer Service (serviceability), Business Process (order fill rate, forecast accuracy, waste management), Financial (OPEX, CAPEX, inventory days) and other metrics.
Establishing Regional Supply chain systems and align development plans for managers to the functional strategic plan to create a structure, accountability, responsibility and focus in accordance with regulations, company policies and procedures.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain or related field
Strong customer focus orientation
Strong organization, problem solving, team motivation and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally for sustained success
Detailed understanding of Supply Chain practices and metrics
MBA or equivalent job experience.
10-12 + years’ experience in operational/supply chain related leadership roles
Minimum of 8-10 years of people management, to include multi-level managers and in labor intensive operations
Large scale budget management
Demonstrated history of ever-increasing responsibility and success in rapidly changing environments
Demonstrated ability to drive results through teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
Proven track record in developing and maintaining supplier and customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage operational budgets and production targets
Strong financial management and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively on a national basis both horizontally and vertically
Extensive knowledge of the PMS business environment, supply chain and its customers
